Refund policy
Subject to the conditions stated below, within 10 days of delivery of a shipment you may request a return or replacement merchandise authorization (RMA) for items you purchased from Cowboy Living. If the reason for the return is a defective or broken item, we will accept a photo of the item in lieu of you shipping it back to us. Subject to availability, we will replace the defective or broken item(s) or issue you a refund for said item(s).
If the return is not based on a defective or broken item(s), a refund will be issued after we receive the item(s) in its original condition with original packaging. In such case, deducted from the refund will be our cost of shipping the item(s) to you and a 15% restocking fee,
To obtain your RMA, please email marty@cowboyliving.com or call 1-800-405-6337. When the RMA is issued, you will be given the address for the return.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item(s). Please pack returned items carefully with plenty of cushion for breakable items. If they items are broken when they arrive back at our warehouse, we cannot issue a refund. However, in such case you may make a claim with the carrier. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.
DO NOT SHIP DEFECTIVE OR BROKEN ITEMS BACK TO US. WE WILL ACCEPT PHOTOS OF DEFECTIVE OR BROKEN ITEMS TO VERIFY CLAIMS.
All of our packages are insured. If the return is based on broken merchandise as a result of carrier abuse, we request that you keep the original packaging and the broken item(s) until verification of loss by the carrier for the potential insurance claim. You may also be asked to take the original packaging and the broken items to your nearest UPS, USPS, or FEDEX facility for damage verification. We can process returns and refunds only for items purchased directly from Cowboy Living. Please do not send us items that do not meet the conditions listed above, as we do not issue refunds for non-qualifying items and cannot return the items to you.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
